About Abrasive Belts
Sanding and polishing belts for expanding drums, belt sanders and Lortone machines.
- Silicon carbide — the low-cost workhorse. Grits 36, 60, 80, 100, 220, 320, 400, 600, 800 and 1,000.
- Resin bond diamond — longer life and a finer finish. Grits 60 through 200,000, plus cerium, chrome and tin oxide.
- Nickel bond diamond — aggressive stock removal. Grits 70, 120, 220, 400 and 600.
- Cork belts for the smoothing step just before polish.
- Diamond smoothing belts sized for glass work.
- Drum sizes 6" x 1-1/2", 6" x 2-1/2" and 8" x 3".
- Sander lengths 3 x 24, 3 x 25-1/8, 3 x 41-1/2, 4 x 106 and 4 x 37-15/16.
