Electroplated diamond on a rigid core — our hard bond wheel, built for fast shaping.

• Cuts harder and faster than resin bond, and holds its shape instead of dishing.
• Use it for roughing, flattening and squaring, then move to a soft wheel for smoothing and polish.
• Diameters 4", 6" and 8"; the 8" comes with a plastic or a steel hub.
• Widths 1-1/4", 1-1/2" and 2".
• Grits 36, 60, 80, 100, 180, 220, 360 and 600.
• Run wet. Coolant is what keeps a plated wheel from burning its diamond off.
