Every grinding and polishing wheel we stock, from rough shaping through final polish.

  • Soft resin bond — flexible face, cooler cut, forgiving on curves. The everyday wheel for most cabbing.
  • Hard nickel bond (electroplated) — rigid and aggressive. Holds its shape for fast roughing and flat work.
  • Sintered — diamond runs all the way through the bond, so the wheel keeps renewing itself as it wears.
  • Radius and V profiles for grooves, channels and carved detail.
  • Silicon carbide green wheels, plus felt, cork and leather wheels for the polish steps.
  • 4", 6" and 8" diameters; 1-1/4", 1-1/2" and 2" widths; plastic or steel hubs.
  • Grits from 36 coarse through 200,000, plus cerium, chrome and tin oxide stages.
  • Run every diamond wheel wet — coolant clears the swarf and stops the bond glazing over.
