Tumbling grit, polishing powders and media — everything abrasive that isn't bonded to a wheel.

• Silicon carbide grit — harder than any common stone, sharp and angular, and the cheapest way to remove material. The standard tumbling abrasive.
• Graded coarse through fine so you can run a full rotary sequence, or a shorter run in a vibratory bowl.
• Grit kits with the stages pre-portioned, and grit saver to stretch a charge.
• Cerium oxide — the general-purpose polish for quartz family stones, agate, jasper and obsidian.
• Tin oxide — for softer material such as opal, turquoise and calcite.
• Aluminum oxide and chrome oxide for stones that undercut or refuse to come up on cerium.
• Diamond powder for the hardest material and the finest finishes.
• Pre-polish and pro-polish steps to close the gap between fine grit and polish.
• Plastic pellets, ceramic media, ground walnut shell and stainless steel mix for cushioning and burnishing.
