The rock-hard felt substrate allows for more pliability in the wheel than the MH-T substrate resin diamond wheels, so you can push these wheels into an area to conform the wheel to spaces for grinding. Over time, the profile will lose its stability, but many customers prefer this softer substrate for pre-polish work on their glass.

Give a fantastic pre-polish finish to your glass surfaces that have been ground with the radiused plated and sintered diamond wheels. Smoothing wheels are available in 220 grit, 325 grit, and 600 grit in sizes from 4-inch diameter, 6-inch diameter, and 8-inch diameter.

• A solid core of extruded urethane keeps the wheel true; the rim is coated with our resin diamond smoothing material.
